Our take on the classic summer refreshment
Hřebečská Herbal bitter
bunch of mint
Add a quarter of a lime cut into 3 parts and the juice of half a lime to a taller glass. Add 40-60 ml of mead to your taste and add 8 mint leaves. Gently grind everything with a pestle and mortar and add 60 ml of white rum. Sprinkle with ice and add a glass of soda. Garnish with mint and lime slices.
Our tip: for a more sensual aroma, rub the mint leaves between your palms
Honey Maker Dry Mead
A mead cocktail with a twist
brandy / orange liqueur (triplesec)
Add 60 ml of mead, 30 ml of gin, 15 ml of brandy and the juice from half a lemon to the shaker. Cover with ice and shake thoroughly. Put 3 ice cubes in a smaller glass and strain the drink from the shaker. Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.
Our tip: create a finer version by mixing with ice water
Hřebečská ice coffee

A hot and sweet treat
Hřebečská Old Bohemian
vanilla bean / extract
150 ml cream (12%)
50-100 g of dark chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces and add the vanilla extract to the saucepan, together with the cream. Stir the mixture over a low heat until the chocolate melts. Pour 60 ml of mead into a cup and add hot chocolate. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
A warm blend of taste and aroma
your favorite Hřebečská mead (we recommend Princely)
Mead heated to 55 ° C is a warm treat on colder days. Serve alone or garnish with a slice of lemon or orange. Make sure that you do not heat the mead to more than 60 ° C as once the overheated mead foams, you can lose its unique aroma and taste properties
